Every Salesman needs a product. Not just any product, but a product they fully believe in and use. After all the conversation and relationship building is over, clients want to know what products you are about to recommend their discretionary income towards. With that said, here are the products I recommend to my clients that continue their cash flow against any risk toward their financial stability in the following order.
1. Individual Disability Insurance.
2. Critical Illness Insurance.
3. Accident w/Disability Income Rider Insurance.
4. Life Insurance (Term & Whole Life, Fixed Indexed Universal Life).
5. 401k Transfer & Roth IRA (Annuities)= Retirement.
I use the same products for business owners in addition to (1) Business Overhead Expense (2) Buy-Sell Agreements (3) Key Person Insurance and (4) Employee Benefits.
These products are what I use to create positive sustainable cash flow plans for households and business owners. As you can see, variable products are not in my product briefcase. If you are looking for investments, I am not your guy to work with. You are responsible for the risk of investing.
